The Dialogue of the Hills project is inspired by Amman’s city landscape. It aims to capture the city’s energy and express it through public artworks that involve local communities, enrich the environment and create a cultural story linking the seven hills of Amman. It consists of seven urban art sculptures within public gardens for each of the communities.
The sculpture gardens are visible to one another and all overlook the city centre. Through visual connection, they initiate communication between the hills. This series of interactive community gardens also introduces sustainable technologies to their public in response to growing regional concerns about water scarcity and the need for renewable energy.
